EIE Robotic Challenge 2016, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University

With a view to promoting students’ interest in different electronic product designs(including microcontrollers, mobile applications and wireless communication) and to provide a platform for students to exercise their programming and hardware design skills through teamwork, the Department of Electronic and Information Engineering (EIE) of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU) will organize “EIE Robotic Challenge 2016”

Egg Technologies (EGG) is honor to be the sponsor of this event. EGG will not only provide our latest 64-bit single board computers as the heart of the robotic cars and technology consultant services to candidates but also host a "Facebook choose award" for the most incredible innovative & interesting robot car.

All teams are required to submit the following materials on or before 31 July, 2016.

- Three photos of your robotic car (resolution should not less than 1024 x 768) in JPEG format

- A paragraph with no more than 200 words to justify your design is the most incredible innovative & interesting one.

- A 45-second video for your robotic car and your team. (put it in YouTube and send us the link. If it is needed, we will contact you to get the video file)

- your team name and contact email address.

We will put your materials in our Facebook account and website one week after your submission. Earlier submission is encouraged.

The winner of this "Facebook choose award" is the team received the largest number of "Like"s in their submission on 10am of the final race day. (Don't Likes are not count :))
